How Threadline uses your Google data
You can connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox to Threadline by signing in with Google. Threadline then asks for permission to access your Gmail messages and basic profile (name and email address), and uses that access only to:
- Read the emails that arrive in the mailbox you connect, so they show up as conversations in your Threadline inbox.
- Send the emails and replies you or your teammates write in Threadline, from your own address.
- Keep threads, replies and read status in sync between Gmail and Threadline.
We never sell your Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. You can disconnect your mailbox at any time from Threadline settings or your Google Account permissions.
